Do I have to book an appointment?
Yes. We offer 2 hour free exclusive use of our VIP Wedding Studio for you to try on as many dresses as you like!
Is there parking?
Yes. We have ample parking directly opposite our Wedding Studio.
When should I begin the search?
We recommend 9-12 months before your wedding day. If your wedding date is sooner then don’t worry! We can accommodate more urgent requests and we will do our very best to ensure your search for that dream dress is a successful stress free experience!
How many months ahead should I order my dress?
We recommend 6-8 months in advance. This allows enough time to customise your dress and plan for fittings with the seamstress
Can I order a dress online?
No. We believe that finding your dream wedding gown should be an unforgettable experience and a journey to remember. Choosing your dress with family and friends is all part of the VIP Experience here at Tiffany’s of Ormskirk. You get 2 hours free use of our fantastic Wedding Studio
Can I bring guests?
Absolutely! We recommend a max of 4 well chosen family or friends. Remember this is YOUR experience so try to choose your guests who will be honest and offer friendly advice ensuring you get the maximum out of your VIP experience
Can I bring babies?
As cute as they are! We advise if at all possible that you avoid bringing your little babies. This is YOUR day and your special time to pick a dress without any distractions. However, we appreciate not everyone can arrange childcare so please let us know in advance if you intend bringing a little one so we can plan ahead.
Can I book out of hours appointments?
Yes. We try to accommodate everyone so please just ask. We will do our very best to fit in with you!
How long is the appointment?
We offer 2 hour appointments. This is plenty of time for you to try on as many dresses as you like!
Do you offer an alteration service?
No. However, we can recommend a very experienced local seamstress. If you purchase one of our wonderful dresses and use our recommended seamstress then we allow you free exclusive use of the wedding studio for your fittings.

What dress sizes do you offer?
Our dress sizes range between 8-30 (UK sizes)
Can I customize my dress?
Some of our dresses allow for customisation depending upon styles. Your expert stylist will advise what customisation can be done to any of our wedding gowns.
Are the dresses made to measure?
Our dresses are made to order not made to measure
What should I wear to the appointment?
We suggest you wear nude underwear for the styling session, and a strapless or low-back bra if you are considering a style of dress which would require it
Do I need to bring shoes?
Please bring your own pair of heals to compliment your look should you plan to wear them on your special day
